They are usually just something in the way to get past, such as a chest or underwater entrance so I simply use Quen as protection while I swim around. But, basically jump in and start shooting while putting on a rambo face. I usually just swim as fast as i cangrab the loot and dodge the enemys a bit, rarely get hit underwater even when i bump into them. Crossbowbut not to kill them only to drive them away a bit.
